The in-unit dryer is available; the washer is currently unavailable pending replacement. There are about 15 interior steps across two sections, and the open loft is not a fully enclosed bedroom.

The neighborhood can be explored on foot, by bicycle, public transit, rideshare, or car. Check current maps and transit schedules for the route and timing that fit your trip. Street parking and nearby garages are public or third-party facilities and are subject to current posted terms.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building.
