The whole main-house living and dining areas and full kitchen are private to this reservation, but only one of the home's two queen bedrooms is included. Choose either bedroom, use one only, and keep the other closed even if it is unlocked. About six exterior steps are required. The fireplace is decorative and nonfunctional.

There is no reserved or off-street guest parking. Use legal public street parking and follow the sign for the exact space. Availability, price, time limits, and vehicle fit are not guaranteed. Check a current map or TriMet source for walking, transit, biking, and rideshare options.

The property is near active Alberta Street nightlife, and late-night street or amplified music may be audible. The fireplace must not be used. The back bedroom contains the Wi-Fi router; message us rather than entering the excluded room for troubleshooting. A damaged bathroom sliding-door frame/lock remains pending physical repair.
