This reservation includes three prepared queen bedrooms and both full bathrooms within the physical four-bedroom house. One bedroom is not prepared or included. All included rooms and common areas are private to your group; no other guests share the home. Do not use the excluded bedroom, even if its door is not locked.

The living room is cozy and relaxed, with a sofa, fireplace, and TV for movie nights. WiFi is available; connection speeds can vary.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, range, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and basics. The dining room has a table for meals, and New Seasons is less than two blocks away.

Cooling is handled by window AC units, and heating comes from the central furnace. This is an older home on NE Broadway, so road traffic and normal old-house sounds can be audible.

🚶 Walking — The Broadway corridor is walkable with restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses within a short stroll. The Lloyd District and its shopping are also nearby.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 77 (Broadway/Halsey) runs along Broadway with direct service to downtown and NW Portland. The nearby Rose Quarter Transit Center connects to multiple bus lines.

🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.

🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.

✈️ Airport — PDX is about 11 minutes by car. MAX Red Line from the nearby Lloyd Center or Hollywood Transit Center connects directly to the airport.

This is an older home on NE Broadway, a busy walkable corridor. Road traffic can be quite audible and the house can be squeaky; light sleepers may want earplugs or white noise.
