The living room is cozy and relaxed, with a sofa, fireplace, and TV for movie nights. Fast WiFi works well for streaming or remote work.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, range, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and basics. The dining room has a table for meals, and New Seasons is less than two blocks away.

Heating comes from the central furnace. This is an older home on NE Broadway, so road traffic and normal old-house sounds can be audible.
