Street parking only—read posted signs and do not block the driveway.

This private apartment occupies the upper portion of a divided historic house. The main living level has a full kitchen, dining and living areas, one bedroom with a queen and double bed, a second queen bedroom, and one bathroom. The top floor has a queen primary suite and the second bathroom. A sofa bed is in the living room.

Exterior stairs lead to the entrance, followed by interior stairs to the main living level and another flight to the primary suite. There is no step-free route. Shared coin-operated laundry is in the basement and is accessed from the building lobby; it is not inside the apartment.

Walking, biking, rideshare, and TriMet bus service are practical ways to get around. Street parking is available but is not assigned or guaranteed; always read posted signs and curb markings, and do not block the property driveway.

This is an older multi-unit building near busy Belmont and Hawthorne restaurants and bars. Street, restaurant/bar, and neighboring-unit noise may be audible, particularly at night and on weekends.

The home requires exterior and interior stairs and has no step-free route. The fireplace is decorative and does not operate. Cooling equipment is not advertised while recent maintenance reports are being resolved.
