The reservation includes both queen bedrooms, the full main-house living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and one Jack-and-Jill bathroom. About six exterior steps are required. The fireplace is decorative and nonfunctional. Three separate tiny-home rentals share the backyard outdoor area.

There is no reserved or off-street guest parking. Use legal public street parking and follow the sign for the exact space. Availability, price, time limits, and vehicle fit are not guaranteed. Check a current map or TriMet source for walking, transit, biking, and rideshare options.

The property is near active Alberta Street nightlife, and late-night street or amplified music may be audible. The living-room fireplace must not be used. A damaged bathroom sliding-door frame/lock remains pending physical repair; do not force either bathroom door.
