The home is an older renovated house with stairs and vintage features.

Walking, biking, public transit, and rideshare are available in the area. Public curb parking is the only parking provided: spaces are not reserved, and guests must follow permanent and temporary signs. No private driveway or guaranteed parking space is included.

Basement laundry is accessed from outside the farmhouse. The property has no fire pit. Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. No parties or events. Dogs only, maximum two; a $99 fee per dog per stay applies unless already included by the booking channel. Cats are not permitted.
