One queen bedroom is on the main floor and two are upstairs. The fourth farmhouse bedroom remains closed and is not part of this reservation. Public curb parking only. No fire pit.

This reservation includes the farmhouse living, dining, and kitchen areas, three queen bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. One included bedroom is on the main floor and two are upstairs. The remaining fourth farmhouse bedroom stays closed. The included interior is private; outdoor paths and courtyard areas may be shared with tiny-home guests.

Walking, biking, public transit, and rideshare are available in the area. Public curb parking is the only parking provided: spaces are not reserved, and guests must follow permanent and temporary signs. No private driveway or guaranteed parking space is included.

This booking includes three queen bedrooms; guests should not be charged for using any of those three rooms. The fourth farmhouse bedroom is not included. Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. No parties or events. Dogs only, maximum two; a $99 fee per dog per stay applies unless already included by the booking channel. Cats are not permitted.
