It includes two queen beds, a kitchen, living and dining areas, room heating/cooling, Wi-Fi, and a TV for up to four guests. Entry uses steep exterior wooden stairs and a physical lockbox key; public street parking can be limited.

This private Small configuration includes the main-level kitchen, living and dining areas, two queen bedrooms, and one bathroom for up to four guests. No other guests share the interior. The upper level is outside this reservation and may be open or closed depending on staging; it is not promised to be physically locked and no extra-room fee should be assumed.

Room heating and cooling are provided, and each A/C unit uses its own remote. Wi-Fi and a TV are included, but network performance and streaming-app sessions are not guaranteed. The older home is reached by a steep exterior wooden staircase.

Basement laundry is not included in Small. Public street parking is subject to signs and availability and can be limited; there is no dedicated space.

Walking, transit, biking, rideshare, and driving are available in the area. Routes and travel times change, so use a current trip planner. Vehicle parking is on public streets under posted signs and availability.
