The house physically has a fourth bedroom that is outside this reservation. Included guests have the interior living areas, full kitchen, upstairs-hall laundry closet, and backyard to themselves; no other guests share the home. The garage, fireplace, basement/service areas, and excluded fourth bedroom are not guest amenities. Central heating and cooling are controlled from the living-room thermostat, but airflow can vary by room.

Restaurants and shops are reachable on foot, and nearby TriMet service connects to other parts of Portland. One vehicle may use the driveway; additional vehicles rely on legal public street parking under posted signs. Street availability, price, proximity, and security vary.

Important: this booking includes three of the home's four bedrooms; do not assume an open fourth room is included. The exterior entry uses wooden stairs and is not step-free. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Wi-Fi is provided, but speed and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM; parties and events are prohibited.
