Unit B has two queen bedrooms and one bathroom for four guests. The compact second bedroom has a low/sloped ceiling and low bed and is reached through the bathroom. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Unit A below and the backyard tiny home may be occupied separately; normal voices and traffic can be audible. The gas fireplace is unavailable pending qualified safety inspection. Wi-Fi has recurring weak-signal and outage reports.

A car is not required for every trip. Nearby TriMet routes serve Cesar Chavez, Hawthorne, and Division, and bike-share stations are available in the surrounding neighborhood. Driving and rideshare times vary with traffic. Street parking is public, sign-controlled, and not guaranteed.
