This reservation currently includes three queen bedrooms and both bathrooms of the four-bedroom house: the main-floor queen bedroom plus the two upstairs queen bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom with two twin beds is excluded. The excluded room may not be physically locked, so the booked room count—not an open door—defines the reservation.

Older reservations may have been sold as a two-bedroom configuration. For those stays, follow the bedroom count shown on the guest's booking confirmation and do not assess an extra-room charge until the booked configuration is verified.

There are about six exterior steps to enter and a full interior flight to the two included upstairs bedrooms. Central heat is controlled by the Nest in the dining-room nook. Seasonal window A/C units provide room-specific cooling in the dining area and queen bedrooms; this is not central or uniform cooling.

The rear deck and basement laundry are not currently advertised while open safety, moisture, and pest-control work is being verified.

Walking, biking, public transit, rideshare, and driving are all options from the Belmont/Hawthorne area. Check current maps and TriMet information for the best route during your stay.

The home is directly on SE Belmont in an active restaurant and retail corridor. Shops and dining are nearby, but traffic and ordinary city-street noise can be noticeable, especially in front-facing rooms or with windows open.
