This private single-level house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The larger bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed; the second bathroom opens from the hallway and is not attached to that bedroom.

The living room connects to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A microwave or toaster is not promised.

The private yard and patio have outdoor seating. Heating and air conditioning are available; do not set the A/C below 67°F.

The washer and dryer are temporarily unavailable and are not part of the current guest amenity set. Do not use either machine until the team confirms that repairs are complete.

The TV is a smart TV. Use your own streaming accounts and sign out before departure; live television and host streaming subscriptions are not guaranteed.

Use live navigation for current driving and transit routes. TriMet service and travel times change, so use the current TriMet trip planner rather than fixed bus or airport estimates. The private driveway is available; public street parking is controlled by posted signs and is not guaranteed.

Use the private driveway to the left of the house. The garage is excluded. Street parking is public and subject to posted restrictions.
