The included room is the queen bedroom past the kitchen—the room straight left when facing the kitchen sink—and its attached bathroom. The second bedroom and second bathroom are not included and must remain unused, even if their doors were accidentally left unlocked. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are private to your reservation.

The reserved apartment area is on one level after a steep exterior staircase. Guests have counted 12 main steps plus two smaller landing steps. There is no elevator or step-free entrance. Two window A/C units provide cooling and Cadet wall heaters provide heat. No washer or dryer is available.

Walking, biking, rideshare, and TriMet bus service are practical ways to get around. Street parking is available but is not assigned or guaranteed; always read posted signs and curb markings, and do not block the property driveway.
