🚶 Walking — The Nob Hill / Alphabet District is one of Portland's most walkable neighborhoods. NW 23rd and NW 21st avenues are lined with restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and bars — all within a few minutes' walk.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 15 (Belmont/NW 23rd) runs along NW 23rd Avenue with frequent service every 15 minutes to downtown (~10 min).

🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's extensive bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe throughout the city.

🚗 Driving — Street parking is available (read signs for time limits and meters). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.

✈️ Airport — PDX is about 20 minutes by car or reachable via MAX Blue/Red Line from nearby Providence Park station.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please note the following:

• You must take approx. 4 stair-steps to reach the apartment from an exterior entrance behind the building.
• This apartment is in an older multi-unit quadplex on lively NW 23rd. Street/sidewalk noise and neighbor sound through older walls can be noticeable; light sleepers may want earplugs or white noise.
• There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available all around. Meters accept cards and you can also use the Parking Kitty app.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
